Electrical Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Carry out weekly toolbox talks.
  • Fulfil weekly reports and issue all variations and delays to the line manager.
  • Cooperate and coordinate site activities together with other trades.
  • Prepare two weeks' forecasts for forthcoming works.
  • Attending DAB morning meetings.
  • Ensure the labor requirements are met and maintained as per project program requirements.
  • Ensuring the quality of the works is maintained at a high level.
  • Ensure that the Sub Contractors are working as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensuring all plant materials onsite are as per required specifications.
  • Ensuring all delivered materials are coordinated and stored properly.
  • Ensuring all Sub Contractors Plant and access equipment is certified and in good working condition.
  • Ensuring that all matters of compliance and governance are identified and adhered to, including Health & Safety issues, safety manners and housekeeping is being kept on high standard.
  • Complete weekly ‘don’t walk by’ cards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering or relevant area.
  • Good English spoken and comprehension skills required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is essential.
  • Data Centre experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience in using MS Word & Excel is required.
